Nationals from non-European Economic Area (EEA) who have a confirmed job offer from a UK based company can apply for the Tier 2 Work Visa. IT gives people from varied walks of life to come and work in UK.

The Tier 2 Work Visa is an employer-led visa and the process begins with the sponsoring company applying on the candidate’s behalf. The applicants must obtain work permit for Tier 2 before entering the country. The visa is especially designed for medium to highly skilled workers in their profession who have their sponsorship certificate.

These graduates training at a multi-national company are transferred as part of a structured graduate training to their UK branch. This is to enable trainee progression towards a specialist position.

- Skills Transfer

New employees of multi-national companies who are being transferred to the UK branch of the same organisation to learn the skills and knowledge required for their role.
