Australia Tourist Visa

Australian tourist visas are available to non-immigrant visitors. Electronic visas (ETAs) are available for up to three months. You can re-apply for a longer term visa while still within Australia, if your visa has not yet expired. Entrants on a tourist visa cannot work, but most can attend training, and do some volunteer work.

Repeat visit and long stay visas are available for up to 12 months at a time, and allow the holder to leave and re-enter Australia multiple times.

Some travellers do not need a visa to Australia. Contact Migrate Me’s helpful tourism advisers today to get your paperwork in order.

Electronic Travel Authorisation

The ETA, or subclass 601 Australia electronic travel authorisation visa, allows tourists and business travellers to visit Australia as often as they like for up to 12 months. Each visit is limited to three months, however.

The ETA can only be granted if you apply before you enter Australia. It is an electronically stored authority rather than a traditional visa. An ETA is associated with your passport electronically, and is accessible by various border agencies, travel agencies, and airline staff.

We are registered and regulated with Australia’s MARA to offer the most up-to-date Immigration advice. We are not affiliated with any Government and you are free to make an application directly to the Government who will only charge you their visa fees. The Government will not assist in the preparation or building of your application before its submitted. The ways in which to do this are not always clearly set out by the immigration authorities and result in many applicants presenting their cases incorrectly, inevitably leading to a refusal. Migrate Me has the expertise to ensure that all your options are made clear to you and your application completed to the highest standards. We provide a free assessment and only charge for additional services agreed in advance and in writing with no hidden charges. Migrate Me will also provide a full relocation and employment preparation service.
